Today, I was in Placa Catalunya, it is one of my favourite places in Barcelona. Of course, I also love Placa Real with its palm trees, I love Parc Ciutadella, I love Vila Olimpica...well you know that I love all places in Barcelona! But in Catalunya today, I was enjoying the sun sitting on the bench and watching the pigeons eat all the grains from the tourists there. Then I saw an old lady who was throwing her own grain on the ground and walking around the square. All the pigeons were following her and clearing up all the grain from the ground like a vacuum cleaner. I was amazed and then I started to think about how lucky we are as we can chill out in the sun while in London I used to be inside in March, freezing or with the central heating on! But I do miss London, of course, it is my first home!
